Types of interview

This kind of interview is used to assess the larger group of candidates at the same time so as to access different skill set . The entire process takes around one day for completion. The advantages include that a wide range of skills can be assessed like communication as well as technical skills, and even interpersonal skills and leadership skills can be assessed through group interviews and group discussion. Interviewer get extra time to understand each candidate and his skill set. The disadvantages include: due to competition the candidates perform under pressure reducing the output during test.
