Question
the following statement just a reply to
I think about four components when designing and implementing a web page. The first is the layout of the website. I want to know what kind of template I want to have throughout my website, meaning every page be a three column layout or keep the sub pages the same with the home page being different. Keeping a website look universal to me is a good idea to think of because that ties in with user experience, my second component. I want to know that transitioning from page to page is smooth and the load time is minimal. Having that capability for a website, to me, is crucial to make sure you can have a larger group of users going on your site. Because load time being really slow or not as fast as the user is expecting could make them leave the site. My third component is how the webpage is coded. Keeping the website code clean and easy to understand is something to take note of especially for further innovation and evolution of the website. Taking your time with the coding of the site will make it easier to make changes on the page. My fourth component is creating the site to be mobile compatible. This is starting to become more and more popular with websites that were strictly desktop only. Allowing your webpage to have a much more user friendly experience on the mobile device, furthermore allowing the user to get to the information that you are trying to get to them at an easier rate.
