In the poem, she expressed her intent to give the Stig to him as a gift. While Koerner and Nielsen lived together, they were both involved in the Stig's day-to-day care. They ended their relationship a year later, and Nielsen agreed to leave their shared residence. Can Nielsen take the Stig with him, or is Koerner the Stig's rightful owner? Explain. [Koerner v. Nielsen, he is the true owner of the Stig because Koerner gave the dog to him upon writing the poem, that delivery occurred when she gave up exclusive dominion and control of the Stig, and that acceptance is assumed. and as per the study between Koerner v. Nielsen through different sources available, it shows that there is no written agreement between those two after their breakup in regard to Nielsen.

So, Nielsen can take the Sig with him.
