Question
A company has three categories of employees. RD,sales and security. Each category is on a different pay scale.
RD employees are paid on a base salary of 50,000 per year plus a service bonus of 3000 for every five years they've been with the company. (Note: This means that employees with 0-4 years of service get no bonus, 5-9 years of service get 3000 bonus,10-14 years of service get 6000 bonus and so on. Assume that the company employees are exceptionally long lived.
Sales employees are paid a base salary of 30,000 per year plus commission. The commission rate is 1% of the value of merchandise sold by that person that year. Sales employees get no service bonus.
Security employees are paid a base salary of 40,000 per year plus a service bonus of $500 for each year they've been with the company. If a security employee was deployed that year, he/she also receives a hazard pay bonus of 10,000.
Write a java program that uses a loop to compute the salaries of a set of empoyees. For each employee, your program should ask the employee type and collect the necessary info based on the scale above, compute/display the appropriate salary amount and then ask the user if she/he wants to enter another employee. Implement error checking using a do-while loop on the employee type to ensure the user doesn't enter in something besides the three given categories.
