Question:

The haves have and the have nots don't. Ungrammatical, but true. Who "has" access and who does not in this country? What is the problem here really? Why do some people in the US have greater access to technology and to the web and others don't. Is it geography? Money? Culture? Educational Background? What is the problem?

Is the digital divide just a marketing gimmick for selling computers in less developed countries or am I just being too cynical again?

i think it is not cynical . I feel these haves can because they are affording and availability, practice in the haves society,what not everything making them so at the same time for the havenots everything is different and impractical for them .this is my feeling .i dont your expectation in this case .thnx for giveing me my opinion
