Explanation / Answer
The information provided below is more than enough for 12-14 PowerPoint slides.
Explain exactly what it means to maintain an ethical culture within the organization.
In this fiercely competitive global marketplace, it is extremely important for corporations to carve out a niche for themselves. This leads not only to short-term business losses but also a dent in the long-term goals of the company. It loses respect amongst buyers, stakeholders, governments and competitors.
I would like to give an example of Enron. A great company reduced to nothing due to unprincipled ways of its management. On the other hand we have huge companies whose foundations are based on ethics, organizations like Merck and Company. They stay relevant to their consumer base and are thus doing exceptionally well.
Analyze the role that culture plays in global business ethics.

As a responsible organization, we should have a global outlook towards ethics, but at the same time tailor our strategies to local ethical standpoints. This will ensure we do the business the right way in every nook and corner of the world.
Describe and persuade on the importance and rationale for maintaining an ethical culture within the entire organization. Think about methods that could be used to motivate towards ethical business practices.
