The data file TippingBucketData.txt contains raw data from tipping bucket rain gauge. Information about this data file is given in the README file. Essentially, each line in the data file corresponds to 0.01 inches of rain on the day of year represented by the first number on that line. The most common way to process this kind of data is to turn it into daily rainfall totals. Project: Write a VBA code to take the TippingBucketData.txt file and process it to generate an output file that gives daily rainfall totals for every day from April 1 (day 92) until the end of the input file.
