Question
The purpose of this exercise is to get you to embed a key value inside a class specically written to provide a key that other parts of the code don't know about. You have been given several classes and interfaces. The Globals class contains nothing but a statically defined ArrayList that can be accessed and modied from anywhere. On the one hand, this can be a really bad idea. On the other hand, if this were an externally dened database, then it would be accessible given certain permissions. The cast vote data payload here is dierent from the one in Homework 1, but it has a similar function. You have two versions, of 20 lines and 90 lines, of data to be read and put into an ArrayList. In order to randomize the data in the list, the key is used to store the data into the global list. In essence, you are to read the lines of input, create the instances of CastVote, store those instances in a somewhat randomized order, and then print them out. Note that there is a sequence number on the data, so that in fact one could conceivably reverse the randomizing process. You should view these internal sequence numbers as there only to help you demonstrate that the data is getting moved around in the list.Explanation / Answer
