1). Cultural competence is the behavioral and Cognitive skills that helps in effective and suitable conversation with the people of other cultures.
2). As states by it's definition, cultural competence can be advantageous in the work place as it helps in better communication with people from different cultures. It makes adapting to the environment of work place with cultural diversity easier and smoother.
3). Two strategies to develop cultural competence can be, reading more and more about different cultures and being exposed to diffrdiff cultures. Having and open mind and being flexible with thoughts and beliefs also helps in developing cultural competence.
4). Not having a generalized view and being flexible with new ideas and change can help with becoming more at ease with differences and diversity.
5). Ideal workplace would be a work place with diffredif cultures with diverse ideas, which gives an opportunity to learn and grow. I would like to be treated with equality as I would treat others too.
