Explanation / Answer

1.

The service provision of various organizations will be different and it would be based on the nature and functioning of the organizations. In the business environment there are various organizations which include the public, private, contractual, partnership etc. An analysis is provided to determine the similarities and differences of the service provisioning of these organizations.

The independent public organizations or the service providers are the government, public or nonprofit organizations. These organizations are primarily service oriented without expecting any profit. The organizations like the contracting organization, networking and the partnerships are the private organization which provides service for their own profit.

The similarity between these two organizations is that they both provide service and supports the customers in some way or the other. Both type of organizations consider the needs and requirements of the customers to provide the service provision.

The difference is in the way they provide service. In public service organization since they are nonprofit organization, the volunteers will be less and it can impact the quality of the service provision. The standardization may be less and the customers cannot demand any specific service.
