Wanda has been reading up on management, using magazines at the grocery store checkout line as her primary resource. She admits popular magazines may not be the best sources of information about management, but she has learned that leadership and management styles can have a large impact on the success of a business. She saw a book titled “Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun” and thought it was a joke at first, but quickly realized that it is a serious work that has sold millions of copies. She doesn’t want her employees to think of her like some Mongol warlord, but at the same time knows she needs to be more of a leader and manager after the business expands. As Wanda works to establish herself as a leader and manager, which of the various leadership and management styles should she adopt? Are there circumstances under which the one you recommend will NOT be appropriate, as it directly relates to her operations?
Thinking of when you have been “managed” or you have “managed” others (even in a group project in school), how do you prefer to manage and/or be managed and why?

In this specific situation Wanda should adopt transformational leadership style ask this leadership style would definitely help her to be more influences for our employees and increase the overall level of implementation of different strategies which are involved in creating a better checkout line. It has been consistently reading about different leadership styles it won't be hard for Wanda to determine the best available Strategies for her organisation.
In provision of specific care to the Employees as well as giving out benefits to the Employees transformational strategies should not be adopted as this would reduce the overall workability of the employees of the organisation and reduce the overall effect of the leadership done by Wanda in the specific situation.
At the time when the situation involved too many people and has extremely large but then I need to be managed and be guided for the specific situation as I don't have a specific experience for handling large number of people.
If the job is related to the technology or some specific comment then I would be the one to manage the specific situation and would definitely to better in managing events as well as different specific similar conditions.
