I am an owner of handicraft export business. I got this business from my father in law. Initially, I handled the business very well. My strengths lies in my hard work and dedication towards my work. I have great knowledge of Designing brass items which is my plus point. I don’t need external designer for my business. But, I lack in my blind trust towards people. In business, I trust easily and got cheated by them. If I leave the office alone one day, theft and misleading activities takes place. This is why I am losing my business. Losses are increasing day by day. Also, I am single person responsible for whole business, I am lacking in planning and organizing work.
The perfect business partner for me will be a trustworthy person who work with me without any biasness. Value and profit of the business can only brought up by proper planning and finance controlling in the firm. Thus, the person should be responsible and loyal whom I can leave office alone. The person should take care of my assets and I can rely on him.
