Explanation / Answer

Terminal hair are the thick, strong, pigmented hair which is modified vellus hair with effect of androgen hormones. It grows after puberty mainly on pubic area, armpit etc. Nail are grows from little pocket at the out of the fingers ends. Sebaceous follicles are the glands which directly opens on the surface of the skin where as sebaceous glands are the glands that opening into the hair follicle ( not directly on to the surface) glands that opens directly on to the surface of skin called eccrine glands whereas glands that are opens to the follicles of hair called apocrine glands. Sebaceous glands are associated with hair follicle. These are the exocrine glands. Because they are directly opens on the target site rather than to the dusts and bloodstream to reach target organs. Sweat glands releases the product by exocytosis. Exocytosis is the membrane bound secretory vesicles that produces its secretions on to the extracellular environment. Arrector pili muscle are the muscles that connected to the sebaceous glands. It plays a major role in thermoregulation and secretion of sebum.
