How would you respond to the following:

I believe the brain and the mind are two very separate entities. The brain is a bodily organ; it can be physically seen. Humans all have brains, and while everyone does not have the same exact brain, there are similarities in structure. Unlike the brain, the mind cannot be seen with human eyes. The mind is more of an idea/symbol. The mind contains a person's thoughts, beliefs, and consciousness. The mind helps determine a person's self and who they are as a person. The mind and the brain are not the same, but they are related to one another. A person requires a functioning brain in order to utilize their mind. The mind has to do with a person's self, but the brain does not directly affect the self. The brain is just a physical vessel for the mind to reside. The brain allows people to think which allows them to make use of their minds. As a person's brain develops, they are able to better utilize their mind. Alternatively, some people are born with brain impairments which will hinder their use of their mind for their entire life. Descartes really helps to show how the brain and the mind are separate entities by saying that if a person can think of one thing separately and independently from another, then those two things are separate from one another. As people can think of their mind separately from their brains and bodies, then the mind is a separate, individual entity.

The brain and mind are separate entity , but culturally the word brain and mind are interchanged but the brain is an physically entity but mind is an manifestations of thoughts , perceptions, emotions, determination, memory and imagination that takes places within thebrain, the mind is the awareness of consciusness and ability to control what we do it is understood that mind and brain correspond with each other, but they are different entities and the brain and mind are different properties of one entity different levles of analysis of one complex thing.
