Explanation / Answer

1) Vasectomy is a procedure of permanent contraception practised on males. It is a Surgical process, Vasectomy , which comes from the name of the tubes in the male genitals that are blocked : Vas Deferens.

2) Vasectomy is done on the tubs called vas deferens , alomost in the middle of their length or slightly towards the male genitals , the are cut horizontally and tied / sealed so as to prevent sprems from entering the urethra and therby preventing fertilization of female through sexual intercourse.

There are several method , many have aversion to needles , so they go for no-needle application of anesthesia while the ''no-scalpel''( male genital is punctured by a sharp hemostat/ artrialforceps) or '' open-ended'' technique increase the chance of healthy recovery.

3) The four constituents of spermatic cord are :

      a. Vas Deferens ( Ductus Deferens) :is a cord like structure with thicker walls that transport spermatozoa from epididymis to urethra .

      b. Testicular Artery : supply blood to testis and epididymis. Vein ( Pampiniform plexus ) : it runs along the posterior abdominal wall and drainsinto the left renal vein and into the inferior vena cava on the right side. and Lymph vessel : they ascend through the inguinal canal and pass over the posterior abdominal wall to reach the lumber lymph nodes.

      c. Automatic nerves : They accompany the sympathetic fibers.

      d. Processus vaginalis : Out pouching of the peritoneum during the embryonic development , its remains are present in the spermatic cord.

5) Ther is no such atrophy of testes after the ligation of the vas deferens , because testes are responsible foe the formation of sperm which contribute 2-3% of the total semen. The sperms are formed continuously but they dont leave the site of origin and are further absorbed by the body itself.

6) Reunion or Recanalisation of the vas deferens means the re-growth of the cord back making a man fertile again. Its possibility is very low 0- 1% and that too because of human / technical error, otherwise its impossible.

7)Potency: The inability to sustain ejection of the penis. It is a common concern is many people that after vasectomy will they be able to enjoy their sex life or not . But there is no such of impotancy . This process wont effect your erection or ability to climax.

8) In the presence of Luteinizing Harmone (LH) , Leydig cells of Seminiferous Tubules produce the Testosterone in testes . No, vasectomy does not effect the endocrine system of testes . They function normally even after the ligation.

9) False, because ligation of vas deferens just prevents the sperms to flow further . And they ( sperms) are reabsorbed but as such they dont contain much of the nutritional components . So there will be no such visible physical change.

10)Sterility means no sperm count / Infertility . A man who is not able to produce off springs . Yes, Vasectomy is the process of complete sterilization / contraception.
