1. Both the system help to transfer information from one area to other area of the body, and their ultimate goal is regulate body functions.

2. Both the system regulate autonomic functions of the body.

3. Both nervous and endocrine systems are capable of reacting fast and slow against a stimulus.

4. Neural signal converts into chemical stimulations via hypothalamus and help to regulate body function.

5. Nervous system uses neurotransmitter like Dopamine, Adrenaline for their communication they are hormonal nature and they are the essential part of endocrine system.

DIFFERENCES:

1. Nervous system sends electrical impulses from one portion to another to regulate bodily functions. Whereas, Endocrine system uses chemical signals to control the body functions.

2. Nervous system is composed of complex network of nerve fibres which is made up of neurones. Endocrine system is composed thick network of glandular cells.

3. The response from a stimulus is a local in case of nervous system. Whereas, in case of Endocrine system the responses spread widely.

4. The responses from the stimulation of nervous system is temporary. and the response of endocrine system is permanent.

White blood cells or WBCs or Leucocytes function as soldiers for our body. They help in protecting us from the infections. They can be of 2 types: granulocyte or agranulocyte. Granulocytes are of 3 types: Basophils, Eosinophils and Neutrophils. Agranulocytes can be of 2 types: Lymphocytes and Monocytes. In a normal individual, there is a definite count of these 5 cells in the blood. Whenever there is an increment in number of WBCs in the 'DIFFERENTIAL WHITE BLOOD COUNT TEST' of an individual it signifies infection.

In case of infection, the WBC count will definitely show an increase in the number. This elevation in WBCount has been noticed in both bacterial and viral infection.

In case of bacterial infection, neutrophils increase and lymphocytes decrease. This is the prime indication for the bacterial infection.

However, in case of viral infection lymphocytes increase but neutrophils do not.

There are four valves in the heart:

1. Tricuspid valve-it is present between right atrium and right ventricle

2. Pulmonary valve-it is present between right ventricle and pulmonary artery

3. Mitral or bicuspid valve-it is present between left atrium and left ventricle

4. Aortic valve-it is present between left ventricle and aorta.

These valves controls the blood from one chamber to other and also prevent the back flow. They help in effective pumping of blood from the heart to the body.

If there is backflow through these valves which is called the regurgitation. This leads to inefficient pumping of blood from atrium to ventricle or from ventricles to the great vessels like pulmonary artery or aorta. In this case the heart tries to compensate and contract strongly and leads to enlargement (dilatation) of that chamber. The ability of heart to pump blood is also affected adversely.
