1)The factors predisposed Ramirez to become a serial killer they show a biological predisopositon to violences due to deficits of the brain system which involve alow level of frustration tolerance,to this volatile brain structure, stressful events and environmental traumas are added, the pathological personality has no adaptive capacity,so the subject is not able to face up to everyday problems posed by the real world, therefore he prefers to retret into a private world of fantasies which satisfy him. 2)Psycopathy is a personality disorder characterized by remorseless and impulsive antisocial behavior, the prefrontal cortex is likely toplay an important role in psychopathy, these are theorized to mediate a number of social and affeective decision making fuctions that appear to be disrupte in psycopathy., it has devasting effects on societty particularly through crime. 3) Determinism: it is the philosoohical proposition that every event, including human cognition and behavior, decision, and action , is causally determine by an unbroken chain of prior occurrences,it apply to serial killer because the serial killer may be lifes condition, or behavior is always determined by prior factors. 4) Ramirez is a serial killer he has 15 counts of murder type of satanist, HH.HOLMES american serial killer he is a first documented american serial killer, these are both serial killer.
