Following are the risk factors for Dibetus Mellitus II.

1. Weight- The more the fatty tissues more the cells become insulin resistant.

2. Inactivity- The physical activity is very important less the active more the risk of disease.

3. Family history- It is due to if parent eat more high fat and suagr foods then there may be chances of this disease.

4. Race- Black peoples, hispanics and american and asian indians are at high risk. Still it is not clear why is ts.

5 High blood pressure may also leads to this disease.

The risk factoer of tdibetus mellitus II is the more commonn form of disorder which is very less partiallly hereditory. Genreally the peoples with family history of the disorsder are significantly develop this type of dibetus.

This type of dibetus is mostly due to number of lifestyles factors like obesity and lifestyle factors. On an avarage 40% peoples which were obase and 70% peoples with moderate to high family risk factors. So this does not indicate that the this type of dibetus is purly hereditory. Neither does mean that this disease is due to genetic risk factors. A family that eats the large quantities of high fat and high sugar foods. Family members are overweight due to unhealthy diets and because of genetic risk for diabetus.
