the presence of WBC in urine indicates the presence of inflammation or infection to urinary tract or kidneys.the presence of WBC in urine is called Leukocyturia. It occurs due to the presence of bacteria. urinary tract infections in kidneys or bladder. it may be chronic bacteriuria.
