Many external changes have occured in the environment over th epast years and these changes brought changes in living conditions and business opportunities . Changes like decreasing water content, increasing barren land gave scope for construction of buildings which turned to businesses. Hence many opportunities were created which helped market value to go high. In addition to this the changing life style of human beings is an advantage for new business ideas and hence opportunities increased.
