Key Point # 2: Emphasizing Natural Light

Key Point # 3: Enhancing Practice Integration

Explanation / Answer

Key Point # 1: Accommodating Families

The people choose a healthcare center based on how the entire family will be treated along with the patient as well. The hospital needs to take good care of the family that comes with the patient. The patient will feel stronger when he sees his people around him all the time. Most of the hospitals will have restrictions on the number of people who can visit at a specific time. But the hospital needs to concentrate on how they can comfort the patient better rather than just having an environment with fewer people inside the hospital. Have a good attitude towards the family members visiting the hospital will improve the brand image of the hospital and create a sense of trust among the family members.

Key Point # 2: Emphasizing Natural Light

The hospital should reduce the importance given to the artificial light and concentrate on the natural light with a good architectural design. The patients will have a good chance of faster recovery when they access to the normal sunlight from their respective wards. So the hospitals that provide this facility will always be in demand.

Key Point # 3: Enhancing Practice Integration

Different doctors have different styles when they treat a patient but the hospital needs to integrate the practice by identifying the best practices. This integration will act as a repository for all the doctors in the hospital and they can make use of the practices available based on the needs of the patient's health condition. This will increase the efficiency and the patients will get improved treatment from the staff. The leaders need to concentrate on this activity if they want to take their institution to the next level.
