This is to propose a info graphic project on increase in department’s recruitment efforts in the university organization. The current situations of human resources in organization is good but not better, as the pool of human resources are not diverse enough and are of moderate quality levels. So in order to move the organization on higher growth plan and bigger achievements, we need more diverse and competent team at department levels. So for this we would like to propose the infographic project for the department recruitment increase so that we can identify great talents for the organization for our future business plans. The purpose of this plan is to develop the great pool of human resources who can support for future growth of the organization, for this the diverse and higher quality levels are more essential factors in the human resources. The info-graphic project can be created and it can be handed over to students, who can send to regional high school locations, distribute electronically etc. This will be helpful in collecting better pool of human resources for the organization.
