1. Culture impacts establishing International network through several factors like- Local customs and values, value for time, social life, religion ,etc. People come from different places and work together, the thing which make them involve is interaction on common needs and wants. People in work place have similar needs like- motivation for work, satisfaction, good remuneration, socially stable, etc. This culture make them interact and they start form International network.    

2. Participants can likely to raise questions through regular meetings and discussions. Also, one to one concerned discussion can be done to avoid problems in the network.

3. The benefits of establishing International network in Latin America lies in its international outlook and highly sophisticated work culture. People are polite in their interactions and a well matured to enter in international groups.

4. My strategy to establish the network is through common understanding of business and personal needs. An open outside influencing economy is very important to develop a truly international culture where ideas can come from different minds but work collectively for a single goal.

5. International network can be effectively build through regular business interactions in the company in form of meetings. Sometimes, informal get together can do excellent in building networks. Commercial Business centres and events also can be an important source.
