Coffee contains caffeine. Caffeine is found in many consumable goods like coffee,tea,energy drinks ,some nuts, etc. When we consume caffeine in a moderate amount it is believed that it is good for our body . Caffeine release stress. Moderate amount I.e,6 cups of coffee a day doesn't do any harm to the body but actually is good for body and may reduce risk of arythimia or any coronary disease.
Infact some studies have suggested the reduced risk of Parkinson's disease,diabetes and some type of cancer .
