Organisation adopt project and organize their work as a series of task project management because project management from start to finish required the talent as a individual and team . Organizing is important part for any organizations and project management helps to organization to divide their works that's why each project follow Project life cycle whic is start from first to end process.

1). Strategic Allignment : project management helps to do organization deliver the product real time and business can delivered real time and value against the opportunity. Because business can run in dynamic environment there is much up and down comes so with the help of proper project management business can plan appropriately to see the future circumstances and ready to face it by reserving the back up plan also .

2). Leadership : leadership gives the direction of their team and supervise all the team work with leader it's not possible to find the direction of the business because any organization it's important to having the some goal or objective because without any goal or objective business can not run .so organization it's to set the goal and the leader give direction and also give their contribution to team work which is important for any organization to achieve their goal effectively and efficiently

3) clear focus and objective: project management to play a pivotal role to make the plan for the business because after set the goal for organization it's important to make a plan according to it and execute the plan properly . By implementing plan properly, this is main responsibility for project manager . He make ensure proper and effective plans make to execute the plan . In this risk is also involved as business runs in dynamic environment so lots of risk involved in this so risks management is also the important part of project management.

4).Retaining and using knowledge : project management generate knowledge for e.g if any plans implemented and fails to success so there must be something wrong which occur so the project manager find out the why the plans to be failed and use this knowledge for future planning .

5). Managing the quality : project management play important role in manage and control the quality of product and deliver the good quality of product so the trust on product of customer retain constant , it's not fluctuated with the time so the quality manager is also the part of project management and it's makes sure the good quality of product to be produced with effective cost

6).Realistic project planning : it's means project planning involved realistic and proper planning where, how , why the project plan to be implemented. So best planning is that which has this all the question like where , why , how the planning to be implemented and executed as well as also reduce the risk cover with the help of risk management .
