The presence or absence of Rh factor determines the -- ve and + ve blood types.

Presence of Rh factor will result in + [ for the presence of this factor] .

A person with --ve condition can donate blood to another person with a + ve condition [ assuming that the antigens match ] but a person with + ve condition cannot donate to -- ve condition person.

E] The sister having blood group O -- is the better blood donor. This is so because she neither has antigen A or B. Also, she is negative for Rh factor. So , she can safely donate blood to her brother who is B-- without any fear of any complications.

The fall in blood pressure will result in increasing the heart rate and narrowing the veins to return more blood to the heart.

Vasodilation causes increase in blood flow so to compensate the fall in blood pressure the blood vessels will constrict.

The blood flow to different parts of body will be inadequate and it might prove dangerous for a person's life.
