stress hormones also increase heart beat and BP goes up and thus increasing your risk for heart attacks, strokes
Also increases inflammation throughout your body icluding arteries
also effects breathing, hyperventilation
in gastrointestinal tract one can suffer from nausea, vomiting, stress ulcers , constipation or diarrhea
Stress affects fertility too.
