REASONS FOR THE FUNDING FOR THE RESEARCH PURPOSES- Research funding is very essential due to folllowing reasons-
DRUG PIPELINE- A drug pipeline is a set of drug candidates that a pharmaceutical company has under development or discovery at any given point of time.
Like any other study branch of science, government funding is required for the developemnt of more advanced drugs. For example, when it comes to antibiotics, there is continous need of newer kinds of antibiotics because the bacteria gets drug resitant often. If there are less funding , then the pipeline goes dry, which simply means that the discovery of new drugs and the development is not at an enough rate , due to less resources.
