Cartilages are a type of connective tissue which arises from the mesenchyme.
Hyaline cartilage, Lacuna:
Hyaline cartilage has numerous cells called chondrocytes embedded in it which are occupied in spaces or depressions called lacuna.

Interstitial fluid is the extracellular fluid that is present between the cells.
Vesicles, phospholipids:
Vesicles are membrane-bound sac-like structures which transport molecules to inside and outside of the cells by fusing with the plasma membrane which has a phospholipid bilayer.
