Globular proteins ar common type of proteins that somewhat water soluble. Example is hemoglobin. They usually have spherical structures due to tightly folded polypeptie chains.
Fibrous proteins form long structures of protein molecules. Usually are not soluble in water. Eg collagen found in skin,bone.etc
