Jugular foramen:it's a large foramen also called aperture in the base of the skull .it contains 9th 10th and 11th cranial nerve and internal jugular vein.

Mandible: it's a facial bone also called as lower jaw.its the largest bone and is placed in the lowest part of the front of the skull.it holds lower teeth in the depressions called as sockets.

Palatine bone:it's a' L ' shaped facial bone which forms the floor of the nasal cavity and the hard palate.its location is in between maxilla and sphenoid bone.they are two in number.
