From day 1, record how you are doing.
By keeping your record visible and in your face, you will have a better chance of succeeding.
For example, posting notes on your refrigerator door is an excellent way of reminding yourself.
Have a reminder on your cell phone or type in notes as you go.
This progress report will be part of Part III, so don’t forget to keep track.
3) Encourage your family and friends to help you with : INCREASING PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

This is all about physical activity.
For increasing my physical activity I would like to Change some of my life style
Like.1.I wake up early in the morning
2.after that I go out for 1 hour for running or walking.
3.then I take a healthy break fast
4.I will ignore the lift and prefer walking on foot.(take a stairs instead of elevator)
5.stand insted of sitting on a bus.
6.I will encourage my friends.also do this with me.
Because they put impact on our behaviour.so I should encourage them to do the same things with me.that will beneficial for me for continue my goal to be a fit person.
7.every habit takes 2 months time to become habituate.
B.after somedays I realized that I am becoming a fit person.my energy become increase.I feel fresh
C.my friends and family cooperate with me.sometimes they also give company.
D.I have arranged a yoga program.and I set some rewards for best performer's.some of my friends and my sister got rewards.they really became motivated.and they also start continue physical activity.
E.so everyone should lead healthy life. With exercise and proper healthy diet.
