A) This result belong to present2, because, laboratory result confirm, TSH hormone level is elevated, while T3 and T4 level is blurred, that is possible in case of goiter disease which is also primary hyperthyroidism it means problem with in thyroid gland which is caused by deficiency of iodine in diet so thyroid hormone not able to synthesised which is sensed by pituitary gland which secret excessive TSH hormone which enlarged thyroid gland.

B) A new copy of lab result show that person not only have elevated TSH hormone but also T3 and T4 hormone which is case of secondary hyperthyroidism which is caused by tumors around hypothalamus and pituitary gland lead over secretion of TSH hormone ultimately which cause hypersecretion of thyroid hormone T4 and T3.
