One example that he gave which directed towards more focus on ethical issues is because self care is owed to other and towards someone with relation responsibilities. On having no relation, one can abandon health and life with is unethical. It is basically a shared responsibility where the physicians or medical people are supposed to take care of the patient. The ethics and morals are the ones which makes the physicians responsible and empathetic toward their patients.
