The room's eight clocks tell the story: U.S. West, U.S. East, G.M.T., India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia. . . . .

Explanation / Answer

Postmodernism has had a huge impact both positive and negative implications on the world and the use of internet has played the most important role in this context. Organizations like Infosys has benefitted from internet hugely because they are service providers to various organizations in the United States of America and they need to maintain with the US Time and therefore the room in Bangalore in Infosys had eight clocks which maintained the time of US West, US East, GMT, etc. Internet has brought things very close and the business processes have been convenient with time but it has some dangers too because the terrorist organizations have been using this opportunity to cause destruction and terror in different parts of the world and that too from a location that is far away. So as there are opportunities, there are dangers too and that may actually ruin the total system.
