When an individual loses a job, a family is affected. When many people lose their jobs, the whole nation is affected. Workers lose income, while the country loses production &consumer spending. With such a strong impact, the unemployment rate is a key way to measure the state of the economy.of the country.

Being unemployed may lead to many health issues for example  depression, low self-esteem, anxiety & other mental health issues, suppose if an individual truly wants a job but can't find employment. Tension can occur, causing stress and strain on the body.

Social issues :Most crimes are committed by individuals who are unemployed & living in poverty. When the unemployment rates increase, crime rates to increases

Johan Holland theory of career choice (RIASEC).states that in choosing a career, people prefer jobs where they are known to persons & who are like them. They search for the factors &environments where they can exhibit their skills & abilities, and express their attitudes & values, while taking on enjoyable problems & roles. Behaviour is determined by an interaction between personality & environment. Holland theory is subjected to personality 1) Realistic 2) Investigative 3) Artistic 4) Social 5) Enterprising 6) Conventional.

OCCUPATIONAL SELECTION :

This theory support our personal experience as all the steps are taken step by step that then it becomes a sucessful venture. I here take up the example of Realistic : suppose a person likes to work with his skilled hands making , fixing,assembling, using operating equipment , tools or machinesdesigning, building, repairing, maintaining, working manually, measuring, working details , moving , caring for animals, working with plants then we can destinate their occupations with their components - such as farmers, horticultural ,buliders engineers etc & they have to manage with the subjects like English , the local language ,maths , science techonology computers etc.for occupational selection.

WORK LIFE CHALLANGES :( Work life balances)

It may be stated that“a comfortable state of equilibrium achieved between an employee’s primary priorities of their employment position and their private lifestyle.” So for parents working full time, a healthy work-life balance could could mean they have time to go to work, Earn money & enjoy week end with their famlies & spend family vaccations yearly

A recent study by Harris Poll on behalf of Ernst and Young (EY) put forward some interesting revelations when it comes to work-life balance between the sexes. Men are more willing to sacrifice their careers or change jobs to better manage work and family.

Whether it’s men and women achieving work-life balance is difficult for many full-time employees. Here are four reasons why achieving work-life balance is becoming increasingly more difficult due to some reasons 1) Stagnant wages & increased expenses 2) More work resopnsibility & hours worked.3) Increased responsibilites at homes.4) Business travels
