Option b stands most true. Intial exercise results in weight loss and then it results in maintaince of weight unless otherwise severe diet change is taken. Many fat people go to gym they reduce their weight but only upto a certain point, beyond that they do not reduce their weight

Today the diets are more followed as people do not have time for exercise. Even if exercise is done for more than hour but if diet is not followed such as callories are been consumed, then it would not result in weight loss.
