Talking from an employer's point of view , the budgets that should be funded are:

1. Medical insurance :

Medical Insurance is provided to aid medical /helth facilities to the employee. The bearing cost of health facilities of an individual are too high to afford . When such expenses are funded by the company , it is made free of cost for the employees. The cost of surgeons/physicians are provided by the company itself . Covering the entire medical insurance is sometimes made including the family members .

2. Retirement Benefits :

An employee should be provided retirement benefits at the end of their career life , in the form of pensions .

3. Life Insurance

This scheme protects the familyof the person in case the employee dies . Benefits are provided at a one go to the beneficiaries of the policy. The beneficiaries of the policy include either spouse or children etc.

1. Domestic Partner Benefits : It provides benefit to unmarried people .
