Explanation / Answer

I was a recruited as Senior Software engineer in an MNC. It was my 3rd job and 4th year of experience. I was given basic training and alloted a specific team that had to manage cinema booking for customers. My job role was to program a code for providing insurance to customer in case they want to cancel the booking for change of plan, at affordable cost.

Necessary training was regarding knowing how to access the booking from database and provide the option of cancellation insurance at the time of booking.

I needed proficiency in Java programming alongwith handling various programming tools.
