Explanation / Answer

I would take example of old aged home. We had visitied this place in our scholl days. There are no specific norms as such. But these people are happy when they meet any new person. Many programmes are conducted by NGOs for them, such as celebating festivals like Deepavali or Holi in India. Sweets and clothes are distributed so that joy is shared with them.

The mission this organization is carryring is to provide care and support for them. Also the medical aids are been provided. There is a common lunch time, dinner time, when other people can meet them - that time slot. Other welfare programmes such as free checkup etc are also been conducted.
