Explanation / Answer
I would like to speak about the overweight issue. My weight issues at a certain point of time was bothering me .
During my childhood days , I was not an obese . But as days passed by , my weight was increasing. I weighed nearly about 150 kgs , which was too embarrasing . My cravings for food increased day by day . I was a foodie, and used to eat lot of junk foods. The feeling was extremely bad. Being neglected by the people , feeling isolated by the people in the social gatherings. I was being mocked by my friends. They used to make fun of me .
The only way , I could handle is by loosing weight . I used to hit gym, maintain proper diet . Rigorous exercise kept me going. I handled it in a positive way .
Side effects :
1. I faced negligence among people. This created a feeling of agony .
2. I used to shy away from people.
3. People throwing tantrums at me , like ' Look he is so fat , how can he fit into the car ? ' , ' My god ! he is so fat ! '. etc
4. It was a period of emotionally draining for me.
5. Fear of having food .
No one except my family members who were beside me through thick and thin . They gave me a positive outlook towards it . Not to think it in a negative way . As thinking negatively will affect my health as well. Motivating me , encouraging me to do exercise and be physically fit is of utmost importance. This positivity kept me going , and I am very much thankful towards them.
