Few carrier are as rewarding as law of enforcement .polivr officer spending their days in protecting and serving of local communities.They are often motivated by doing something greater and they can end each day to knowing their time and talent well being spent.so desire to make impact of community is great motivation factor to choose this job in criminal justice system.

Police officer is such a job which feels proud .police officer earned respect and appriciation of those in their community by taking an oath to serve and protect civilian in their jurisdiction.

In job of low enforcement police officer , there lots of variety and very challenging job to face with crime .it also give inner satifaction while sucesssfully operation the criminal and give oppertunity to poor people for their justice through legal system.

There also some characteristic which lead to burn out

1. The biggest issue to become police officer in simply fact that it is extremely dangerous.a police officer could deal with violent people , criminal and no body truly know what could be happend.

2. Law enforcement is full time job and it doesn't ever take a break.there is often needs to work night shifts , weekend , even major holiday.

3. The pay off police officer is low and doesn't whole lots of potential to increase lots .

There is various things that need to be focused primarily in this proffesion such

Police officer must be compassion , attention to deal , ethical and proffesional responsiblity , self-reflection ability and having good verbal and non verbal communication .so while select any police , these Qualification must be considered and judge .Beside There should necesary to reduce great work load which lead to show great performance and proper pay Should be provided which make them sarisatifaction and dedicated on their job.

I think other would also be agree to make this proffesion more spontaneous, resoponsible , honourble and play role as protector of nation and community to take into account.
