ans 1) The conflict is about opinions, it is about hiring a particular resource. There is opinion difference for hiring a particular person. The conflict actually started in mind when it was announced that Nikki should be hired full time. People actually broke, esp. Laura when they gave reasons for not hiring her and still Jim was telilng the reasons of hiring her. Laura said that director has already made up mind. The conflict also took a different turn when Jim said to Celestal that he always opposes

ans 2) Jim giving justification of cost and time saving, Celestal claiming that she wants kids to like her, others claiming that director has made a decision and is then informing us triggered the event,

ans 1) Conflict was expressed with blunt language, it was very direct by Laura, Jim and Celestal

ans 2) They are working as team, employees are dependant due to the work and salary whereas director needs good employees for the efficient work.

ans 3) Some members are thinking that Nikki is incompetant, and they can get a better resource instead, whereas director and one or two member are thinking that she was good intern and people can recruit her.

ans 5) They are not interfering with goals, they are taking up a decision, in which there is conflict. Last thing happened that was worst, threatening an employee to be removed. Director is thinking that some are unnecessarily putting objective of recruiting Nikki whereas other employee are thinking that she is not a good resource and they may get any other good one.
