Explanation / Answer

Thanks for posting this question, as I needed a lot of self introspection at this point of time.I am in process of changing my behaviour.

Goals:

1. Self-monitoring - I monitor my thoughts, as what is making me go angry, what is making me confuse, what is making me happy. Are those thoughts that are coming out my mind are real or they just the my imagination.

2. Set reasonable expectations - Earlier I used to get very irritated due to others behaviour but now a days I am keeping realistic expectations from others. keeping awareness of others weakness. IF this is done then I am not hurted which makes my thoughts more clear

3. Start small - Yes this is the fundamental key to success. When you don't to know the depth, try throwing a stone. Starting small gives more confidence. I started german translation 1.6 years back, earlier I started on very small scale, took less assignments.

4. Short - circuit brain - I would refer this thing as keep everything connected with brain, so as you know why this is happening. If I am feeling low, what can be the actual reason behind it, what can be done to be at good pace.

5. Self-talk - Self talk is very important during changing times. You need to give answers to yourself as well, to your mind, if this is not done then mind can go into chaos. Sometimes self talk can also bring us to appropriate solution to the problems.

6. Social support - Man is a social animal, he can not live individually. Social support is needed to be motivated, to keep us going. It brings or gives a homely or closely feeling. Social support gives us positive feeling.

7. Surround yourself with positives - This is always been done by the successful people. they surrounded themselves with positive people, positive ideas leading to a positive aura. There were failures n no. of times but they always tried the next time which got them success.

8. Setbacks - This helps us to grow, this helps us to realize where we stand in the market. They are the steeping stones towards success, they are the main motivational factors of success. Setbacks also helps us to improve.

9. Stress management - This is the ultimate step in bringing success. If we are able to manage stress, then success is very nearby otherwise somewhere we lost. It also helps us to maintain our personal satisfaction level. It is said that nordic people are successful and satisfied because they are good in managing their stress.

10. See your goal - One should always have personal goal, and keep a track where that goal is leading. Goals help us to continue in the life rather than being or running aimless.

As I said in the beginning that I needed something more positive or self introspective, this really worked out and I am feeling more positive, more focused, more concentrated.
