The three parts of a message are describes as follows:

Content-it is that part of a message which contains the actual facts and data which needs to be delivered to the reciepeint.it is the main important part without which the massage has no meaning or reason to be delivered. This part usually doe ant involve any bias and is written straightway according to the knowledge the communicator is having.

Feelings-this is that part of a message which shows the mood of the person writing the message whether negative or positive. A message written with true feelings make it a real experience for the recipient while reading.

Relationship- it is that part of the message on which the tone of the message depends being formal or informal. If the communicator is having a formal relationship with the recipient then the message would be more direct without any personal things being discussed, if the communicator is having informal relationship with the recipient then the message would be friendlier.

The main problem develops in the feelings part of the message because it is that part of the message which can turn it into extreme sides. It is the feeling of that person while writing the message that determines its length, quality, tone, the types of words being used and the ability to be expressive
