The major Question of psychology is how can we motive ourselves effectivly through Reinforcement??

Reinforcement is huge source of motivation and desirable shape his behaiour. If child get reward of his good performance, then defintly, he will repeat it.so in this way, reinforcement consistently helps to motivated.

We all are similar:

in some extent, we are all similar . We all need food . We all need water. We all have need of belongingness .we all have blood . We all are get sad . We are all annoyed. So some extent all human beings have same features and have lots of similarities.

Diffrent :

The unique features of human is diffrent from each other .each human being looks, physical appearence, attitude, aptitude, behaiour, aspration, interest are diffrent.

Queation-3

Attitude is set of beliefs, emotion which have powerful effect to manupulate situation and over behaviour. Specially in some extent, when people need to evaluate the behaiour then attitude can influennce the behaiour. Because attitude is learned tendency to evaluate things in certain way.
