Explanation / Answer

Working and managing family with two teenage kids requires healthy habits to maintain wellness in life. Got a family history of high blood pressure and heart disease. Hence, maintaining a life style that include heathy eating, good sleep, some work out,relaxation, and meditation is necessary to keep myself stress free and in good physical health. Eating habits avoiding too much of meat products, having a balanced diet that includes fresh vegetables and balanced protein and carbohydrate foods. Also, drinking plain drinking water and avoiding sugary drinks. Taking appropriate amount of milk everyday for good bones and eating whole fruits than drinking fruit juices.

A regular pattern of half an hour morning out door walk gives both body and mind a relaxation and a great start for the day. This is then followed by prayer and meditation for half an hour. Thus, spending time with oneself gives strength and boost up energy to cope the various situation of the whole day. Cultivated a habit of keeping the issues of office at office and family issues in the family, though it was difficult but finally am able to do it. This helps to focus things at both places. Ensure a good sleep of 6-7 hours everyday, and try to go to bed at the regular time and get up early in the morning.

Following good habits requires determination to give up things that tempts, a strong will power to overcome laziness in doing exercises, and a self motivation from the inner side.
