You were asked to evaluate each supplier based on the quality, availability, and cost of its products. You have now returned from your 12-day trip to suppliers in Cambodia, China, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates. You will present your findings and recommendations to the company’s senior executives, but you’re not sure how best to organize your speech. Your major choices are chronological order, problem-solution order, and topical order. What might be the main points of your speech with each of these methods of organization? Explain which method you think would be most effective for your presentation.

Chronological order of data organisation: Chronos means time in Greek and logikos means order or reason. In this method, data is arranged in the form events or actions, as they have occurred in time. This can also be known as the linear order. Process analysis is commonly done according to chronological order.

Problem solution order: this is the method in which the topic is written along with analysing the topic and proposing solutions for the same topic. If it is established that there is a problem, then people can be convinced that there is a requirement for change.

Topical order: in this method, the issue is arranged according to various topics and subtopics. The topical pattern would arrange things according to the information obtained such that smaller topics are arranged within larger topics.

In this case, the best method would be topical method such that the data could be arranged under brass, copper, nickel, and aluminum, followed by sub categories quality, availability, and cost of its products. If the data is obtained in chronological order, it would not be easy to sort. Also, if the data is arranged by the problem solving method, it wouldn't help in this case, as there is no evident problem that solely requires to be solved.
