Explanation / Answer
1. Online shopping has become very common nowadays. It will not create any impact on employment as the software application would have a large scale store up running and also needs to deal with sorting and shipping facility in it. So, the employment will increase and not decrease.
To provide a good customer service, software application should have a mechanism to ensure that the prescription produced by customer is given by a valid doctor and has correct drug titles to make order. There should not be any error. The doctor can also prescribe the drug directly for patient or must share a bar code to make sure application selects the correct drugs as prescribed.
If this mechanism fails to ensure the legality of prescription, then it can lead to crime. People will try to order sensitive drugs by making wrong prescription. It will be very dangerous for the society.
The software should have a mechanisms to preserve the drug history of the patients. It should not be shared with anyone at any cost.
