Process oriented marketing is the need of hour for the success of business
Using of technology and new media is the need of hour for the success of business
His concept was “selling more stuff to more people more often for more money more efficiently”

To move from hope to proper planned success
To create online customers for sales
He also emphasised on wastage of time and money in advertising and advice on how to get return on investment from advertisements
